Congratulations to Dr. Ann Strahle on her promotion to Full Professor! Her research trajectory in First Amendment law and religion, alongside her leadership contributions, made this well-deserved milestone possible.

Congratulations to Dr. Maureen Outlaw on the publication of her research monograph, Forever Coming Out: The ‘Safety Dance’ of LGBTQIA+ Disclosure, with Routledge — the culmination of a decade of work!

Congratulations to Jill Putman, promoted to Senior Director of Career Education and Student Success at Colorado State University, reflecting her expanded oversight of career initiatives and a growing team!

Congratulations to Dr. Sarah Poissant, appointed Associate Vice Provost for Academic Affairs at UMass Amherst! She now partners with Executive Deputy Provost Michelle Budig on strategic initiatives spanning program accreditation, faculty affairs, and leadership development — building on her prior role as professor and chair of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences.
