Training is only half the solution to achieve equity in higher education leadership and systemic change, which is why Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) helps the leaders we train in their search for new positions. Since many of the best job opportunities can only be found through networking and “who you know,” HERS draws upon our largest network of women and gender-diverse leaders in the higher education sector to manage a job board of “in-the-know” positions. Would you like to post a position to share with our network of women and gender-diverse leaders? HERS Leadership Institute (HLI) alums may post a position at no charge. The fee to post for all non-alums is $125.00 per 45-day posting.*
