Take the next step with coaches sourced from the HERS Network

From our inception, Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) has been as focused on fostering a supportive network of women leaders as it has been on individual leadership development. While it is beyond our scope to offer one-on-one coaching, we recognize the need for individuals to continue their leadership development journey, and we encourage our alums to seek out supplementary coaching when possible.

And where better to turn than the HERS Network, where opportunities abound to connect with leadership coaches, many of whom are HLI alums. Coaching Connection simplifies your search by highlighting several of the coaches in our network. These coaches are not affiliated with HERS, but they do carry our trust and recommendation.

How Does Coaching Connection Work?

Coaching Connection helps HERS alums continue their leadership development by making it easier to find trusted, experienced leadership coaches within the HERS Network. While coaches featured here are independent practitioners, they are part of our extended community and come with HERS’ recommendation.

1. Explore the Coach Bios below

Review profiles to learn about each coach’s background, areas of expertise, and coaching approach, and identify the coach who best fits your goals.

2. Connect Directly with Coaches

Reach out to coaches directly to ask questions, discuss your leadership development needs, and learn more about their availability, services, and fees.

3. Establish a Coaching Relationship

HERS does not provide or manage one-on-one coaching. Any coaching engagement is arranged independently between you and the coach.

Coaching offerings are designed to be flexible and responsive to a range of needs and budgets. Options may include individual sessions or comprehensive coaching packages that combine multiple sessions with added resources, such as leadership assessments. Engagements are typically structured over a defined timeframe (for example, six months) and can be tailored to support your specific leadership objectives. Fees vary based on scope and level of support.
